America's Newspapers (Newsbank)	America’s Newspapers provides full-text articles from electronic editions of over 600 U.S. newspapers including the St. Petersburg Times (1987 to present) and the Tampa Tribune (1990 to present). The database also features America’s News Magazines with coverage of news, business, entertainment, sports, science and technology from popular magazines.
St. Pete Times, Tampa Tribune, & New York Times	Direct links to the St. Petersburg Times, Tampa Tribune and the New York Times, as well as a list of Florida newspapers.
Ancestry-Library Edition	A resource for genealogists and family researchers looking for census records, immigration information, passenger lists, birth, marriage, death and military records. Also includes charts and tools, plus much more.
AP Photo Archive	The Associated Press Photo Archive is a searchable database of photographs, audio sound bites, graphics and articles spanning over 160 years of history. It contains photographs dating back to 1826 along with AP news stories from 1997 to the present, plus a collection of maps, graphs, charts, logos, flags and illustrations. Images can be used in research papers, reports and Powerpoint presentations.
Biography Resource Center	Biography Resource Center contains biographies along with images of notable people, both current and historic, from all eras and occupations. Search by name, occupation, nationality, ethnicity, birth and death dates, or create a custom search.
Business and Company Resource Center	Search to find detailed company and industry news and information. Locate company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, chronologies and relevant magazine articles.
ChiltonLibrary.com	ChiltonLibrary provides exclusive photographs, diagnostics designed by instructors, step-by-step repair procedures, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance schedules, wiring diagrams, recalls and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) for automobiles and light trucks in one easy-to-use web site.
Computer Database	Use the Computer Database to locate computer related product introductions, news and reviews of hardware and software developments, electronics, engineering, communications and technology from resources such as PC World, InternetWeek, and Technology World.
Digital Book Catalog (Overdrive)	Download audio books and music to your PC, MP3 player, or burn selected CDs from this site. (Note: Downloading cannot be done from within the library using library computers.)
Florida Electronic Library	Access the Florida Electronic Library for online magazines, newspapers, almanacs, encyclopedias, and more. Resources are available with a library card from any public library in Florida.
Florida Legacy	Florida Legacy contains content digitized from the collections of Tampa Bay Library Consortium (TBLC) member libraries, including photographs, books, pamphlets, documents, and newspaper clippings. Fifteen participating libraries have contributed over 50,000 records, including over 5,000 digital images of visual materials.
GaleNet & InfoTrac Databases	Your source for magazine and journal articles. Search for full text articles from over 7,500 magazines, journals, and newspapers ranging from general interest publications to business, technology, health, law, academic, and specialty publications. A single search will perform a cross search of all available resources.
Health and Wellness Resource Center	Access medical and health information and news, including medical encyclopedias and dictionaries, information on prescription drugs and alternative medicine, and a multimedia library with over fifty video topics.

Literature Resource Center	Literature Resource Center contains literary criticisms, author biographies, work overviews, magazine articles, compare and contrast pages, full-text author's works, and reading lists. It is helpful for students of literature or anyone who wants to research their favorite author.
Mitchell's On Demand	Mitchell 1 contains automotive repair guides for foreign and domestic cars and trunks, including wiring diagrams, maintenance information, technical service bulletins and estimator tools.
netLibrary	NetLibrary is a collection of over 4,000 e-books (digital books) available to read on your computer. Search by title, author, subject, or keyword. (Requires creating a free NetLibrary account. This must be done at a library near you.)
Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center	A virtual library of resources from Thomson Gale designed to aid students in the study of today's hottest social issues.
Pinellas County Public Records Database	Contains adult criminal records, civil claims records, marriage license records, mortgage foreclosures, parking tickets, probate records, real estate tax records, traffic citations, and other county records. See librarian for login information. Get access information from the Reference Desk.
Reference USA	Search this database of 13 million businesses by company name or location, or create a custom search by line of business or metropolitan area. Locate company addresses, telephone numbers, and management contacts. Reference USA is a good resource for marketing efforts and employment searches. A residential database is also included.
Sheet Music Database	A sheet music index of materials housed at the Clearwater and Largo Public Libraries helps find locations of sheet music.
Small Engine Repair	These manuals contain thousands of accurate and concise step-by-step maintenance and repair instructions for hundreds of small engine machines and their supporting components. Routine maintenance, such as tune-ups and brake service, as well as more extensive repairs involving engine transmission disassembly are covered. Engines types include: motorcycles, ATVs, personal water craft, snowmobiles, lawn mowers, tractors, snow blowers, generators, and more.
Stat-USA	STAT-USA, a service of the U.S. Department of Commerce, provides national and international business, economic, and trade information via three databases; State of the Union (STON), Global Business Opportunities (GLOBUS) and the National Trade Data Bank (NTDB). Requires password, accessible on-site at Main Library only. Please ask Reference Desk staff for assistance.
Student Edition K-12	Student Edition makes searching for information fun by providing full-text magazine and newspaper articles, maps, and reference books with a less academic look and feel. Easy to use, this site is designed for middle school and high school students.
