Q: What are the administrative office hours for the Parks & Recreation Department at the Municipal Service Building (MSB)? Where is the MSB? A: The administrative hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays. The MSB is located at 100 S. A: The Athletic Section may be reached Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, at (727) 669-1361. A: Call the Parks & Recreation Programming Office at (727) 793-2339. A: Participant cards may be purchased at a many of the Recreation Centers . To apply, please submit a Participant Card Application. A: Fields are available for rental on an hourly basis when not in use for department programming. To reserve a field, contact Steve Bigley at (727) 669-1361, ext. 241.

A: Depending on the size of your function, recreation centers range from neighborhood centers featuring small meeting rooms to centers with mulit-purpose rooms, kitchen facilities, and outdoor pools. Fees vary according to space (basic rental, equipment, personnel, utilities and user group). Centers can be rented by contacting:
Q: Is it necessary to have a Participant Card or a Single Season Athletic Card to participate in the City's organized athletic leagues? A: Yes. Participant cards may be purchased at all City of Clearwater recreation centers. To apply, please submit a Participant Card Application.
