Arts & Culture
Cultural Affairs Division
Mission: to facilitate, stimulate, and enhance the cultural life in Clearwater for residents and visitors.
Arts and Culture bring many benefits to a community including increasing a city's livability, stimulating economic development and revitalization, strengthening education, and creating an understanding of diverse populations.
These are some of the reasons that the Cultural Affairs Division was created in 2003, as a result of a cultural planning process.
The Cultural Arts Division seeks to build partnerships with other government agencies, private businesses and organizations so that arts and culture can be incorporated in the lives of all our residents and visitors.
