Home of the Year 2011/2012
1411 N. Osceola Avenue
Todd Olson and Kimberly Monge purchased their Old Clearwater Bay home in Nov. 2009. Since then they have removed several derelict vehicles, structures, and hazardous items from the property. Todd and Kimberly renovated the once decaying house with new landscaping, including more than ten types of plants, shrubs, and trees.
They replaced the roof, floors, walls, portions of the ceiling, and reconditioned the windows throughout the home. In the front, a new driveway leads to the home’s open front porch with decorative potted plants. The back yard is finished with a patio deck and new landscaping throughout.
Todd and Kimberly did an outstanding job in restoring what was once an extremely dilapidated property. Many neighbors are amazed by the eye-catching transformation. This home now stands out in the community, and is a fine example for others to follow. |
