Solid Waste and Recycling Holiday Collection Schedules

Holiday Collection Schedules (remainder of 2010)

4th of July Holiday

There will be no collection schedule changes. We will be doing business as usual.

Labor Day

The Solid Waste Department will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 6, 2010.

The collection schedule for that week is as follows:

Residential (Black Barrel) Garbage -
No collection on Monday. Monday's collection will be made on Tuesday, September 7th. Tuesday collection will be made on Wednesday, September 8th.

Trash, Junk and Yard Waste -
No collection on Monday. Monday's collection will be made on Tuesday, September 7th. Tuesday's collection will be made on Wednesday, September 8th.

Recycling and Commercial Garbage -
No collection on Monday. Monday's collection will be made on Tuesday, September 7th. Tuesday's and Wednesday's collection will be made on Wednesday, September 8th.

The schedule for all other collection days the week of Labor Day will be unchanged.

Veteran's Day

Veteran's Day is Thursday November 11th. There will be no collection schedule changes. We will be business as usual.

Thanksgiving Day

The Solid Waste Department will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th, 2010.

The collection schedule for that week is as follows:

Residential (Black Barrel) Garbage -
No collection on Thursday. Thursday's collection will be made on Wednesday, November 24th.

Trash, Junk and Yard Waste -
No collection on Thursday. Thursday's collection will be made on Wednesday, November 24th.

Recycling and Commercial Garbage -
No collection on Thursday. Wednesday's and Thursday's collections will be made on Wednesday, November 24thth.

The schedule for all other collection days the week of Thanksgiving will be unchanged.

Christmas and New Year's

There will be no collection schedule changes. We will be business as usual.
