Welcome to Clearwater Customer Service!Clearwater Customer Service (CCS) is responsible for delivering quality services in the area of utility billing and customer support, including customer contact (telephone and walk-in); payment processing/cashiering; credit/collections; meter reading; and billing. CCS provides customer service for all 7 City of Clearwater utilities (water, sewer, reclaimed water, solid waste, recycling, stormwater, and gas - natural and propane). Each month CCS is responsible for reading some 57,000 meters, billing over 46,000 accounts, responding to over 7,700 customer telephone calls, and processing some 10,000 payments by customers who come to our lobby or drive-in facility.
