Seminole Boat Ramp Improvements: Complete
New landscaping, lighting, floating docks, a kayak launch area, parking areas, walkways were added to the Seminole Boat Ramp. Permanent restrooms, a trail extension throughout the marina, and an improved park area were also added as new additions.
Downtown Plan and Downtown Code Amendments: Complete
The city established view corridors, changing building setbacks on Fort Harrison Avenue to allow room for widened sidewalks and eliminating medium parking standards for most uses.
