Brief Description: The City of Clearwater is seeking a qualified vendor for software quality assurance testing and report building in a Cayenta Utility Management System (UMS) environment. The City is upgrading its Cayenta environment by migrating its database from Oracle to a Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, and its reporting system from Actuate to Cognos. Professional services are needed to manage and facilitate the testing and report building needs in order to ensure the highest possible standard of quality and complete transition of software functionality. 

It is recommended that responses are submitted electronically through our bid’s website.

NOTE: Once solicitation documents have been submitted, in order to retract the documents, an email from your company must be sent to the address listed under that solicitation on the City’s website. Retractions can only be made on open solicitations.
