BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City of Clearwater is seeking a firm to provide design services for the construction of a new Public Works Complex. The current location of the existing complex, 1650 N. Arcturas Avenue, Clearwater FL, 33756, should be included in the evaluation. Pre-design scope also includes an update to the November 2017 Facilities Needs Assessment and Facility Design Criteria prepared for the City by AECOM with the goal to confirm space needs, potential efficiencies, and required adjacencies to best meet the needs of the city.
