BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The City of Clearwater is seeking a qualified Vendor to perform Recovered Material Processing Facility (RMPF) Services for the processing and marketing of Single Stream Recycling Program Materials (“Material”, “Program Materials”) on behalf of customers of the City’s Solid Waste Recycling Program, including its constituents and partner municipalities (collectively known as “Customers.”)
