BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Proposals and Qualifications (RFP/Q) is to select a qualified Development Team (Developer) with proven experience, financial resources, and professional expertise to develop a prime 2.35+/- acre site located at 1250 Cleveland Street in Downtown Clearwater’s Downtown Gateway Character District. The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of the City of Clearwater, Florida invites qualified applicants to submit proposals and qualifications for an apartment or mixed-use urban infill development with a predominant residential component for the Site that retains or expands the existing community garden.
