BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City of Clearwater seeks proposals from qualified firms to perform debris removal and disposal services in the event of a major disaster event. The selected Contractor must provide required services in accordance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to: the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FWHA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Health (FDH), Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS), Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
