    The selection committee has ranked the firms that participated in the formal presentations as follows: 1. FlyUSA, Inc; 2. Clearwater Airpark, Inc.; 3. Clearwater Blue Skies Inc. Authorization to negotiate a contract with FlyUSA, Inc., will be taken to Council in the near future. Should approval from Council to negotiate be denied or if subsequent negotiations are unsuccessful, the committee would move to the second ranked firm.
