BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The City of Clearwater (City) is soliciting sealed bids to establish a term contract for Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite (12.0 Trade Percent Available Chlorine), in accordance with the American Water Works Association’s (AWWA’s) Standard B300-10, latest revision for hypochlorite, except as modified or supplemented herein, to the City’s Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment plants.
