Notice is hereby given that the City of Clearwater (City) is accepting sealed bids on work that includes various types of repairs as identified in the plans and specifications, sealant joint replacement, membrane repairs, HR post pocket repairs, painting of metal bridge decks, plus misc. items noted on the plans and specifications. The Contractor shall provide copies of a current Contractor License/Registration with the state of Florida and Pinellas County in the bid response.
Contract Period: 90 Consecutive Calendar Days
FedEx or Bid drop off: Bids will be received until Wednesday, September 16, 2020 2:30 pm (EST) by the City of Clearwater Procurement Division, Municipal Services Building, 100 S. Myrtle Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756.

Due to Covid19 and according to Pinellas County guidelines the city of Clearwater asks you to follow the following procedure to protect you, the facility staff and baseball players who may be on location.
1. Wear a mask – REQUIRED
2. Stop at the security shed in the staff lot on Old Coachman Rd. to get a temperature check.
3. Park in the staff lot on Old Coachman Rd.
4. Follow the sidewalk to the double doors.
5. Sign in and sanitize your hands at the security desk.
6. Proceed to the concourse near the picnic area after signing in. Do not congregate in the lobby. Signs will be posted for directions to concourse meeting area.
7. Sign out and sanitize your hands at the security before you leave.
