The following zoning and planning requests can only be initiated through the city's online portal. Any applicable fees will be invoiced after a complete request is received by staff and can be paid online. Applications for the comprehensive plan sign program and miscellaneous zoning requests may also be submitted using the Zoning Portal, although they are not limited to this option.
