City of Clearwater offices, libraries and recreation facilities will be closed Thursday, Nov. 28, and Friday, Nov. 29, for Thanksgiving.Thursday's solid waste and recycling collections will be made on Wednesday, Nov. 27, for both residential service and commercial garbage service.
