Michael “Mike” Mannino was born and raised in Clearwater, is a life-time parishioner of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and a graduate of Stetson University with a master’s degree in public administration, concentrating in organizational leadership.
Councilmember Mannino and his wife, Suzanne, have owned and operated a small business in Clearwater for the past 12 years and are extremely active in the Clearwater community. They have a daughter, Jessica, who is a nurse at Moffitt Cancer Center.
Councilmember Mannino has been a member of the Clearwater Chargers Soccer Club for 35 years and is a former Chair of Clearwater’s Charter Review Committee, and Clearwater’s Municipal Advisory Code Board. He was also a member of Forward Pinellas’ Citizen Advisory Committee and sat on the Board of Directors for Arc of Tampa Bay.
Mannino and his wife also enjoy outdoor sports of all kinds, live music and special events, Florida’s beaches and waterways, and socializing with family and friends.
