Apply for a Department of Environmental Protection Permit

If you are hosting your event on the beach, you will likely need a permit from the Department of Environmental Protection.

Your reservation includes a 4-hour time frame. Set-up, ceremony and breakdown are expected to occur within this time frame. Chairs, decorations and all other wedding materials must be removed immediately after the ceremony.
