- Reclaimed water storage tank overflowed.
- This facility is offline in SCADA, and operators have no visibility or data.
- Working with the city's Information Technology Department to resolve (IT issue is preventing SCADA communication from this site)
Status of the issue (Active, completed, etc.)
- The spill has ceased.
- Cleanup is active. A city vactor is onsite.
Impact of the issue (surface water, volume, public perception, etc.)
- Estimate around 10,000 gallons of reclaimed water spilled out of the storage tank and ran into the storm drain.
- Fully treated reclaimed water, minimal impact to environment or public perception.
Mitigation plan (What do we plan to do to prevent this from happening again)
- Get the SCADA online for this site.

- Cost of vactor truck and labor
