You Might See Our New Trucks On the Road

You may notice some new, white refuse trucks that are picking up solid waste or recycling in your neighborhood. The city is renting these trucks to meet and keep up with demand, and you will see new magnets affixed to the truck door or body, that say either "SOLID WASTE" or "RECYCLING," based on what the truck is collecting that day.

And when the city needs to pick up recycling with brown city trash trucks, you will see new, blue flags that are flying on the front of the trucks that indicate we are collecting recycling and not trash.
