ParkMobile App and Resident Discount

Step 1.Sign Up

Click here to sign up for the resident annual discount program on ParkMobile through ToCite.

Step 2.Click on "Purchase/View Parking Permit"

You will be taken to a screen that looks like this, below. Click on "Purchase/View Parking Permit."

Step 3.Select "Resident Annual Discount Thru ParkMobile"

The next screen will take you to a list of all Clearwater parking permits. Scroll down the screen until you reach Resident Annual Discount Thru ParkMobile. Select the green "Register" button in the lower right-hand corner.

Step 4.Follow the Prompts to Log In or Create New Account

Follow the prompts. If you have an account with MyClearwater.com, log in to your account, and your basic information will autofill in for you. If you are new to the parking program, you can create an account or continue as a guest.

Step 5.Register Your Permit

Next, you will need to complete the registration of your permit.

Step 6.Add/Select Your Vehicle(s) to the Permit

Next, add or select your vehicle(s) to the permit. You will need to enter your license plate number and the state in which it is registered. 

Step 7.Upload Proof of License, Registration & Residency

Next, upload your attachments. You must provide the following:

• A photocopy of your Florida driver's license.
• Your Florida vehicle(s) registration.
• Two proofs of residency.

Step 8.Register for Permit

Finally, check the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click "Register for Permit."

Step 9.Next Steps

The city of Clearwater Parking System will then review your submission for approval. After you submit your request, you will receive an email with your submission details.

A second email will follow that and will inform you if your request has been approved or denied.

Note: Once your application is approved, you can begin using your ParkMobile app for the discount on the next business day from the approval date.
