There are several ways you can pay your Clearwater gas or utility bill.
Avoid paying the convenience fee by paying with direct debit from your checking account, by mail, by drop box, by drive through or in person using cash, check, or money order. Customers who pay their bill electronically or using credit/debit cards will be charged a $2.95 convenience fee.
Disconnected or Interrupted Service
- If your service has been interrupted or is in danger of being disconnected for non-payment, it is recommended that you call (727) 562-4600 during regular business hours to verify the correct payment that is required for reconnection.
- Then, pay your bill using one of the city's many payment methods.
- After your payment is processed, you will need to contact Utility Customer Service at (727) 562-4600 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) to arrange reconnection of service.
