BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a qualified Development Team (Developer) for a prime 3.48+/- acre site located on South Washington Avenue in Downtown Clearwater’s Prospect Lake Character District. The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of the City of Clearwater, Florida invites qualified applicants to submit proposals and qualifications for the development of an income restricted apartment urban infill project. A site plan has been approved by the City of Clearwater’s planning and development department and proposals must be based on the development of the approved site plan.

It is recommended that responses are submitted electronically through our bid’s website.
